Unable to Sync Favourites With Tesla - Phone (2)

Are there any Tesla owners here that have been able to get their phone to sync with the Tesla phone app? I can get contacts and phone log syncing, but my favorites won’t show. I have a page of favorite contacts on the Nothing Phone app. I have tried forgetting the connection and setting it up again. No dice unfortunately. Tesla believe it’s an issue with the phone rather than their car. Of course they’d say that.

Have had issues on and off for three years of owning my Tesla. Usually an unpair/repair fixes it, but something changed in late 2023 where that will not fix the issue. Different model phones have the same issues, so it’s something they can’t handle within my contacts I suppose. I’ve tried removing all weird characters from contact names, addresses, and numbers, but it never completely fixes the issue. And every time they put out a new car update, it breaks it worse, and I have to repair bluetooth to even begin to hope it might work. Very annoying.

EDIT: Sorry, … not using a “Nothing Phone”… I got here by accident.

Same problem for me, but also my last OnePlus also did not work either. Is this a phone/os problem or Tesla problem?
