Cause casting Netflix or Prime to your TV launches the specific app on the TV, so shouldn’t have anything to do with the phone.
Mirroring casts your phones screen to the TV, and that can’t be done with either app cause they’re protected by DRM which is probably what you’re doing, so blank video.
