I had an awful experience with the CMF Buds Pro. Within just two days of use, the left bud suddenly stopped functioning. Upon reaching out to the service center, they took it in for repairs. However, to my dismay, the very next day, both buds malfunctioned beyond repair. Their explanation was that the left bud had some scratches, which they claimed caused the malfunction. I handed the buds over for service without noticing any scratches. There was no apparent reason for the malfunction of the other bud and the case.
The service center insisted on payment – first quoting 1500 and then raising it to 2000 – for either replacement or service, offering unclear justifications despite the product being brand new. The service representative’s behavior was disrespectful and unyielding, persistently ignoring the issue even after involving customer support. Additionally, during my conversation with customer care, he resorted to shouting.
This upsetting encounter with CMF has left me completely dissatisfied and disheartened.
