As I tried to connect my ear 2 headphones the light on case switch alternatively between red and white when pair button is pressed and is not able to pair or connect

YukeshRider When you press the button long enough for it to flash the red light it means they finished the reset process. Press the button just until the white light will start to flash slowly then they are in pairing mode. Correct me if I misunderstood your problem.

Daniel I tried many times but whenever the button is long pressed red light is flashed and not able to enter into pairing mode.

Derren Thank you for helping with that. But my issue is when I try to charge it,it is already fully charged as it indicates by steady white light and if I try to pair it by long pressing the button it flashes red light for 2 seconds. What can be the issue.

Will it cause any damage to earbuds case if I charge it with any high watts adapter like 120w flash charger as I previously mentioned issue in nothing ear 2 gets repeated in another tws. Can you help with it

This Issues started today to for me… I can’t use them anymore, because they are not connected to my device anymore and i can’t get them into Pairing Mode

I think I know what happened, I am facing the same issue but when my left earbud is in the case the light is white, but when I put the right earbud the light becomes red. I been having some trouble with pairing and audio with my right earbud so it probably just stop working, and if I am not wrong, both earbuds have to be in the case to connect, but the right earbud is not being detected so it does not let pair the device.

Faced exact issue, did following to fix (ear(2) / iPhone 13) :

connected with original cable and let it charge for an hour
removed buds from phone.
tried to put in paring with power cable connected, went to pairing.
working fine.
