GPay Not Opening

GPay was working fine all these days without any issues. Suddenly from today onwards the app just stopped working. The app is stuck at the loading screen and it is not advancing from this screen.

First I’ve tried clearing storage and reopening the app, but it was unsuccessful. Second time I’ve reinstalled the app, but again left unhelpful.

RahuldevDevadas true, I’ve raised this issue to Google-pay team however they denied any issues reported so far. Thanks for letting us know, they should be working on it to resolve the bug asap. Every minute costs them huge amount of money and losing credibility.

RahuldevDevadas Recently updated my Google Pay Few mins ago and it’s working fine like before the problem is fixed.

Same issue I’m also facing from this morning. Gpay not opening at all on my Nothing phone 2. Tried restarting phone uninstall and reinstall app multiple times, still no response from gpay

Same issue. I bought a new nothing phone 2 today. Have tried by installing/ uninstalling this app a lot of times but nothing is happening and Gpay is stuck on just loading page

Daniel Doesn’t seem to be Google issue, the GPay is working on other devices (such as my old OnePlus 7) perfectly. I checked the app versions and the same version works fine on all devices but Nothing. And if you look into my comment, the app works when I open it in Pop-up view!

Phew. I’ve been trying everything since yesterday on my nothing phone 2, and I’m glad i finally saw this thread. Facing the same issue. Guessing it’s a build version problem, and I’m hoping they resolve it ASAP.

For some reasons gpay works when u load it in pop-up mode from recent app screen… gpay works from pop up screen.. it is something related to nothing phone I guess…

Hi, I am facing the same problem since yesterday morning and I have tried clearing the cache memory and have uninstalled and reinstalled the Gpay app still it won’t budge from the logo screen

Hey there… if you’ll want to use it for now…

There is a workaround..

U can launch gpay and then go to recent app screen and select gpay icon and switch to pop-up mode or split mode..goay will work…fine.. please see the screen shot belo

Update!! To use Google pay currently use it in floting window mode it will work find. Due to some font/display alignment bug it’s not working. Activate floting window:- open Gpay- loading screen will come-swipe up from bottom and without lifting your finger take it to the top of your screen to activate floating window.
