SahabudeenShajahan Since the day I bought my NP2, my wife consistently mentions that my face looks dry during our video calls. However, when I capture videos or photos, it appears fine. I’m puzzled. Any suggestions?
Derren There could be a number of factors responsible for this but we can try to break it down a bit. Which platform/s are you using for your video calls?

SahabudeenShajahan It’s not just video call .I noticed even when I am taking photo using my back camera picture is quality same as video call and pictures looks like an having skin white patches but it’s not. When I send the photo all my frndz asking what happened to my skin..am sure something wrong with the camera.please assist.
