Hello, I got nothing phone 1 this year and it’s been 6 months since I haven’t used the phone because the Dexcomm Follow app isn’t working. It’s an app to follow my child’s blood glucose numbers. She is an Type 1 diabetic and it’s mandatory app for me to use this phone. Anyone faced this and can help with this would be greatly appreciated. I had no luck getting help from Nothing phone support.
