I have not got the nothing OS update yet on my phone 2
It’s almost a week since it have been released and still haven’t got it. And also it’s towards the end of December, still my device is running on security patch of October 1, even my old budget Samsung phone is running on December security patch
So disappointed with the staggered and delayed update provided from the company side.
This is no longer the “staged rollout”, rather a final test phase being conducted on users. Instead of doing in-house thorough quality assessment of updates, they are relying on users.
@Derren please do not do this in future updates we all nothing users requesting u now that android 14 thing already paused and we r gonna wait but dont this in next updates please

Staged rollout seems like an excuse at this point. The team doesn’t want to communicate and the tweet was just to create hype to attract more sales for NP2. Yes people are getting impatient because you tweeted officially about android 14 release a week ago and mentioned it will come to your phone in a few days.

I’m unsure about the project they’re working on, but they have talented developers, and their hardware placement is excellent. However, they are lacking in addressing feedback. For a new company, user feedback is crucial.
Believe me, users are incredibly savvy; they know when to engage and when to disengage. Unfortunately, the company seems oblivious to the potential consequences.
I don’t understand this secrecy with the official availability of os 2.5.
How can you announce availability (withdraw built because of problems generated and not assume deadlines to make it available again!!!) you keep pushing it forward by days….
You, who keep blaming the competition for not innovating, (the competitor who manages to release worldwide a software at the same time available for 8/10 phone models!!!) have a secret about the availability in certain regions of the world….
I ordered phone 2 the day os.2.5 release was announced, and for 3 days I keep searching and nothing available… I will return them because you are unserious!!!
