Phone going to silent mode itself sometimes, I am unable to attend the calls and when I check phone is not in silent mode but I can’t hear the ringing, volumes are up always

Faced that issue too, my phone was randomly going in silent mode. We may be facing a software bug.

KarunKaushik This is odd, never happens really but anyways. Have you enabled the Flip2Glyph setting?

Sometimes it shows calls received in silent mode while iam in general mode, why this will happen, what is tha cause of that can you please fix it

Hi, my phone doesn’t ring even when it is set to ring. This is something very random.. sometime it rings sometime it doesn’t…my phone is not on do not disturb. Please help

It started back when I bought this phone nothing phone 2a…. My phone is always on RING …when someone calls me , at many times the phone doesn’t ring neither it vibrates. When I unlock it I get that u have received calls. I don’t know that I’m receiving a call as it does not ring.

This is very annoying.

I kept on ignoring but this is an serious issue.

My gf broke with me as many times I don’t pick her calls due to this issue !!!

I’m using Nothing phone 1 from March 2023. I’m also facing this issue since then. After restarting updating, did all what I can do. Issue is still there. It will just go to silent of its own. This only happens when phone is not in my hand. I donno what kind of bug is that.

I’ve also been facing this issue for the past 2 weeks. DND is off, flip to glyph is off.

How has this issue not been addressed yet? It’s extremely problematic when it’s silencing important calls without my knowledge.
