ThulasiRam I assume you’ve tried some basic troubleshooting before posting here?

I’ve not heard of this issue before. What OS version are you on? Please provide more detail.

While getting some calls the phone switches to silent mode and does not produce any ringing tone.. Isssue has been happening from more than 2 months now, i have tried rebooting, factory reset. Mutiple times..

I have even reported the issue to support team. I have also provided the audio logs via the tool kit but they seem to be good at just asking for the same data again and again.

I have provided numerous screenshots.

MadOne just suggestion go to glyph settings in settings and check if flip to glyph setting is turned off ,if not then turn it off it might help

I’m still stuck in the same glitch. And also sometimes an issue with proximity sensor and indisplay fingerprint sensor

I am facing the same glitch. The flip to glyph is off. The DND Mode is off and yet after certain time intervals the phone is going silent. It has been going on for the past 10 12 days. Solution?

Phone going to silent mode itself sometimes, I am unable to attend the calls and when I check phone is not in silent mode but I can’t hear the ringing, volumes are up always

Faced that issue too, my phone was randomly going in silent mode. We may be facing a software bug.

KarunKaushik This is odd, never happens really but anyways. Have you enabled the Flip2Glyph setting?
