Reduced Volume - Both Earbuds

Has anyone else had a problem with the volume only being 50% of what it usually is? Case not charging , and left bud not being refinished have been 2 other issues in the past fortnight - which I have managed to fix, but I can’t seem to fix the volume issue. Have tested with other brand Bluetooth earbuds and even a cabled pair - so the problem isn’t my phone. Any help appreciated. Thx

Which of the above occurrences have you managed to resolve?

If you haven’t already, i strongly suggest resetting them by placing them in the case with the lid open and holding the button until you see a red blinking light.

For decreased volume I have seen success with regularly cleaning the buds.

Should these tips not work then you should get in touch with the support team.

Thanks Derren,

Have done the reset and worked previously for charging and connection issues, earbud volume is the current problem. Have cleaned them and do so regularly, contact support and they told me to adjust the volume on the earbuds themselves……. Didn’t even know that was a function, so will try that next I guess.
