The explanation is simple and yet maybe a difficult task when it comes to implementation. It goes without saying we expect Nothing to be the brand in android that competes with Apple because Pixels just won’t cut it.
So , coming to the topic. If anyone of you has seen how you receive a call on an apple device irrespective of which app you receive it from , say WhatsApp call , Imo call or Botim call or any other app for that matter. You would know that Apple devices receive that call on the same dialler ( same UI pops up as for normal call ) , no jittery UI of other calls popping up. It’s cohesive and that’s what Nothing Is as a brand - Cohesive. No other android phone maker has given thought to this. I hope everyone here reads and understands this and get the message over to the team.
Also when I receive calls on any other app , the glyphs just aren’t in sync. Would be great to have the same dialler to pop up on all calls irrespective of the app it is received on. Just a small capsule on top saying Botim call or WhatsApp call.
