I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with the charger for my #Nothing phone. Unfortunately, the charger has stopped functioning properly, despite being handled with care and not sustaining any visible damage. I raised this issue on February 5th for the same and requested to arrange for the faulty charger to be picked up for replacement. I also attached proof of purchase to customer support as a piece of proof.
Today, I spoke with customer support and they mentioned that the product has some dents on it. I must express my disappointment with the customer support and service center at your Delhi office ( f1infoservices) India. Even though the charger did not have any dents, I was provided with misleading information and now they are purposely returning the charger without addressing the problem. It is disheartening to see such a lack of accountability and professionalism in customer service.
Details of the issue:
Date of purchase: 13-10-2023
Charger condition: No visible dents, scratches, or damage. In perfect physical condition. I have attached photos as proof.
Problem: The charger no longer charges my phone.
I have attached photos and video of the charger in perfect condition for your reference when it was picked up on February 5th, 2024. I trust that you will handle this matter seriously and provide me with a replacement for the charger.
