Problems with Do Not Disturb mode

Since the last update, when I activate the Do Not Disturb mode on my phone, one of my alarms no longer works.

I always use two alarms to wake me up in the morning: one that uses music through the Calm app (which requires wifi) and the other with the alarm sounds from the phone itself. However, since the last update, the first one doesn’t work even though I have given it the necessary permissions.

In Do Not Disturb mode, when I play a video or music, they can be heard, which was not the case before.

Does anyone know the solution or the cause of the problem?

Hey 👋

If you head to Settings > Notifications > Do Not Disturb, you should see settings for which notifications, apps, and media are able to interupt do not disturb (amongst many other settings).

Just check to see if your Calm app is set up as an app that has permission to interupt as well as media which you mentioned.

Verin Make sure to update to the latest firmware if you haven’t already done so as well as downloading any outstanding app updates. Try redoing your do not disturb settings to see if that helps. You could also try reinstalling the calm app.

If the above steps don’t provide a resolution then i would recommend leaving feedback Settings > System > Feedback.
