The genuine sense of proximity between Staff Members and the Community nurtures the synergy between two faces of the same coin that wants the products and the company to succeed.
Complimenting what’s already written on “Introduce Yourself”, I believe that a thread where we get to know the members of the team a little bit better can be a nice way of fostering that sentiment and, consequently, to know who is who.
Newspapers have Mastheads, so this could serve the forums as an interactive one. The name and the title, yes, but also the members background, their role in the company as of now and what their contribution for the whole operation is and will be.
I am sure we all know @Carl and some of us also @David, perhaps even @Matt if you are from Europe, but that knowledge can be extended to the rest of the members, especially because Nothing is a global brand where the individual personality and skill set add something to the big equation.
As time passes, it’s only natural and expected that the team changes and adapts, so this thread could also work as a documentation and celebration of the founding members. Posterity with a dose of hindsight, the start of a collective presentation preserved in amber with an evolution carried by each interaction from the readers.
