My phone has weird black smudges under the screen. I reached out to Nothing customer support immediately. I even sent them photos. They didn’t help but advised me to visit a service centre.
When I got free time, I visited a Nothing service center but found it unhelpful and rude. I visited the centre within Flipkart’s 7-day replacement period. I have confirmed this with Flipkart.
Flipkart’s policy states a 7-day replacement, but the service center’s interpretation is inconsistent. The service centre is saying that they only accept phones within 7 days of invoice period.
So many people have already complained about this issue but both the Nothing’s customer support and the service centre partner willingly act as if the phone is flawless and the burden is now on the consumer to fight.
Nothing’s return policy discriminates against non-Indian customers. On their website, for non-Indians return policy is within 30 days of delivery but for Indians there is no policy. The policy for Indians is upto F1 Solutions to decide.
If you claim to make the best/ innovative products possible you should actually do it rather then sending faulty phones. If this is not resolved I have no choice but to reach out to the government consumer forum for support.
Appalling after sales service.
