I have a problem with the Nothing phone I purchased in Germany from another seller, not through the Nothing website. About 5 months after the purchase, a green line appeared on the monitor, what could it be? I tried to reset the phone and nothing happens, and Nothing answers me, where can I send the phone to them for repair because it is under warranty

Omg, are u 9 years old? It’s about you and seller, seller is a “shop” where u bought it. This is how it works I think all around the world, at every commodity under warranty

First of all, I have never had such a situation in my life that my phone broke down after 5 months, and secondly, what else do you think I’ve been trying for a month to have the seller take the phone for repair, but they don’t want to take it back and tell me to contact Nothing? that only they can repair this phone.

Even if it is often a little more differentiated than Wladeq describes, the nearest dealership of the seller (if freenet, the next freenet store) is a contact point of choice. Attention: A complaint within the first six months of purchase secures you a „special“ position (reversal of burden of proof). The claim should therefore be filed asap. As always, crucial: to have something in writing; get the complaint acknowledged in the freenet Store on paper.

MargaretaP iwe spend a time to help u and u think I’m not nice, weird thinking. Everything u buy has two year warranty (except batteries, butter…ofc)…apply warranty where u bought it, they must accept it, its a law

This is a pretence from the dealer. The bad ones like to refer directly to the manufacturer, although they themselves are contractual partners. Again: recommend to complain in writing.
