Don’t go for Nothing phone (2) right now, if you wait till June-July, a new Nothing phone will be released. You can try that one and it will also be better than the OnePlus 12R because new technology should be available in a few months.
As for Software, Nothing OS is better in my opinion, both the phones have 3 years Android update, but the OnePlus will run for longer as it was released this year.
