MaviyaShaikh SahilPatel_SSOOCSej2Y Same problem with me. Facing very bad experience in calls in my Nothing 2a. My carrier is jio 4g. I am keeping my preferred network type as 4g and disabled the optipn of use 5g for calling. Please suggest.

cronus__19 I got nothing 2a two days back. Since then call quality is very bad and calls are frequently dropping and the person on the other side is unable to hear my voice.I have updated all drivers and software but all in vain. Is it a problem with all units or specifically for me ? What are the fixes i have tried all the generic fixes but no avail .
yashkhaire shantanuHazra If you are using 5g network then it may cause this issue, try to use 4g network instead of 5g.
pedro_m Did you try to install carrier services from App Store? It’s a google app, dealing with some carrier specific issues.
