Hello Mr.Dinesh. Have you updated your handset to latest software update (2.5.6 as of now)?
If you haven’t, do it and check it after a while if the network works well.
If you already had or it still doesn’t works , then go to Settings> Network amd Internet > SIMs > Preferred Network Type > Set it to 4G or 5G , whichever network your sim is active for.
And below in the same section do check if the Network Provider is infact set to your respective sim card provider. And if it still doesn’t works , can you confirm that the network is infact good in the area at the moment by transferring sim card to another handset if available.
Or just do a good old Airplane Mode toggle and see if that works.
I would recommend using the handset normally for a few days as the device acclimates itself to your network and usage. Perhaps then it might work.
As for the battery issue , yeah that is a downside for this phone. I have to charge atleast once or sometimes twice per day to keep it working for a day. Although it does support fast 65W charging that boosts it upto full ready to work mode in an hour (0-100%) (which also needs to be bought seperately).
To reduce the drainage although some things can be done by your behalf -
- Set the display refresh rate to 90Hz.
- Choose Dark mode, which also helps reduce battery usage.
- Turn off Always-on display if on by default.
- Restrict background data access and notifications for apps that aren’t that important.
- Some settings and tips someplace will suggest to use Adaptive brightness as a battery saving option, which actually keeps the brightness sensor always on and consumes slightly more battery. But if you have to use your phone in different conditions a lot everyday, then turning it on could save battery.
Hope it helps !
