Notifcations Not Disappearing

I am unable to disable floating notifications. Turning off bubble notifications did not help.

HL7 Hey, have you tried restarting your device since turning off bubble notifications, to see if that helps fix things?

IdekTbh is it specific to certain apps or all notifications? Would try to maybe uninstall the apps then reinstall. Might be worse case a factory reset of your device to refresh it again.
