Rob ⚡️ Will we ever get an official Windows app from nothing or should we rely on third party solutions only. I have the CMF Buds Pro and without the Nothing X app, those buds sound like cheap off-market copies on Windows.

J P Jadeja I don’t have any insight on whether there will be a first-party solution in the future however I can recommend @RapidZappers Ear (PC) in the meantime 🙂

just a quick question - where does it install/how does one uninstall it in case they have to? (I can’t find it in add/remove programs or by searching by the term “ear” or just with a quick peek in the main folders - did I just miss it or ? I’d recommend making the install more noob-friendly 😃 - other than that, again, great work!

RapidZapper I tried uninstalling since it doesnt support cmf. But I cannot open Files Explorer / This PC at alll. It pops up a blank screen and after a sec back to start. What do i do?

Hi, thanks for quick respond but the problem is that the app on github is not working, everyone is getting errors

wfkpnqdttk um i personally got the same issue , but i thing its the problem with the design with the app if it is left alone ie undisturbed for some time say 5 mins or so it is givving error when u try to use it again. Closing and relaunching it fixed the issue, probably something with the way the app was coded in . I dont think its a major setback u can just re launch it
i mean it is faster than connecting with ur phone🤣.

GaryDavies_Hk1SIMsyTx Hi Gary! There isn’t a PC app but you can download the Nothing X app for iOS devices, directly through the App store. That way you can be sure to keep your Ear (2) up to date on your Apple device 🙂

Isn’t the process for a Mac much much easier now that they’re running on Apple Silicon? Lots of apps are available in the Apple store that run on both iOS and macOS
