A week ago, I bought a phone (2a) through Nothing’s official website. The next day (when the package was supposed to be delivered), I received a message from the shipping company informing me that the package had been returned to the sender because the delivery address was incorrect. After numerous emails, both with Nothing’s support and the shipping company, I discovered that the package was sent to a company in Frankfurt called MW Logistiks.
It’s worth mentioning that I never received any message from this company, and couldn’t find a way to contact them. So far, I’m still trying to get in touch with them, without success.
As you can imagine, by this point, I’ve lost my patience and have requested a refund from support, who have not responded for two days now.
