Is the vibration gone completely or just on notifications and incoming calls? If it is the latter, try to use the default, pre-installed tones: On my Nothing Phone (2) vibration only works with those, once I select custom tones, even those made with the Glyph Composer, the phone doesn’t vibrate.
If it’s just during typing, you can also check the settings for the Gboard app (or whatever keyboard you are using), maybe vibration has been accidently disabled within the app itself.
