Speaker issue on call.

Hello community , I’ve got an issue with the speaker on my Phone(2) .

Whenever I switch on loud speaker on a call the volume suddenly drops , like it doesn’t even feel like I’m using the loud speaker .

Please give us an update in which this is resolved .

YashasRV Clean your Speaker with Isopropyl alcohol & toothbrush i think dust have clogged your speaker try and tell

VivekBhagat I’ve cleaned it , it’s not a speaker problem cause in what’s app call loud speaker is pretty loud but in normal calls it’s very low .

can you please check into this for the further software update .

VivekBhagat it’s the software issue we are facing,if it’s related to hardware we can actually feel that something is blocking the speaker.This thing is so annoying that we have to toggle it twice or trice to activate loud speaker

App > Show System Apps > Search ‘Dirac’ > Clear data

YashasRV my NP2 while I press loudspeaker during call it switches to top speaker not bottom one so loudspeaker volume is low, so we need to off loudspeaker and again on then it comes back to both speakers this glitch is happening right from the beginning….

Can anyone tell me is anyone also facing this issue on phone 2… speaker mode doesn’t work properly….. whenever I keep it on speaker it automatically decreases volume and I have to on off speaker option

I have the same problem on my NP2 device.
Voice sounds hoarse during normal conversations
But in WhatsApp voice calls the sound is quite loud and audible.
