No signal when restart phone 1

Hi guys

I have phone 1 and when i restart my phone signal gone and i got no signal error,for fix this i have to restart roughly many times or get out simcards for many hours and then put it back, what you think about this problem? 🤔

Are you in a place with a good coverage? Can you try other carrier sim cards? Was there a network outage in your area recently?

Anonymous7 I have done anything like sim swap or using another carrier simcard but still have the problem,simcards worked correctly in another phone

__MJ__ You could try resetting the network settings by going to Settings > System > Reset Options > Reset mobile network settings - then restart the phone and see if that helps. You could also reset the Bluetooth & WiFi at the same time. This should only clear connection data, so you would need to set up any WiFi & Bluetooth connections again.

I also have the same problem, all through out the day my phone keeps losing signal and I have to restart multiple times. My simcard is also working fine on other phones. And this started like a week ago. Previously the phone was just okay.

It seems like a lot of people have this problem, I submitted a report to nothing I’m hoping they reply with a solution. It’s really irritating the phone’s not usable at all. I have to be on WiFi all the time

Update: I was almost breaking my phone from frustration when I found something that works, switching off one simcard let’s the other work seamlessly so I’ve let my secondary simcard go. I just have one simcard on ATM and so far so good.

EugeneMakori My phone was insured and I gave the phone to the insurance they solved the problem by replacing the main board, unfortunately it was not a good experience.

Your Nothing Phone (1) losing signal after restart is abnormal. Try one more restart. Update software. Check SIM card (reinsert, try another SIM). Contact your network provider for outages. If all else fails, consider a factory reset (back up data first) or contacting Nothing support for further troubleshooting and potential repair. Keep track of the number of restarts/SIM removals needed to fix it for reference with support.
