No vibration for incoming calls

My experience with the NP2 has been great so far and I have almost nothing to complain about. But the fact that the phone doesn’t vibrate when recieving a call is really frustrating. Due to this, I ended missing a lot of important calls and it surely isn’t a great experience. Even if not major updates, please be considerate enough to resolve this issue.

Try going into settings, search Vibration, and there should be a toggle for vibrate for calls.

That would be my guess. Pictures attached to help

tomkarbowski I know, the things is, it only vibrates when ringer mode is on. When the device is set to vibration mode, it vibrates 2/10 times for calls

Same issue here. Despite “vibrate for calls” is active my NP2 vibrates randomly approximately once every three calls.

Hey Everyone,

So i have had this problem quite a while now. That when someone calls me i get No vibration. I personally never have my phone on sound when someone calls so this is quite annoying. I’m running the latest software update and i have vibratie on calls on in the vibration settings but it does not work. I hope anyone can help me with this.

I just had the same problem and no Tips mentioned worked. But for me the following helped: play around with the “Do not distrub” function, it looks like it keeps the no vibrating setting locked or something. But after i activated and deactivated this do not distrub option, it looks like its working again with vibration for calls etc.

Hey guys. I faced the same issue when setting up my Phone (2).

I copied the data from my old phone (settings included) and that was the problem. After doing a factory reset and setting up my Phone (2) without copying the old data, it works perfectly fine until today :-) Maybe that could help you!

I noticed that if I disable the vibration from the quick menu that appears when using the volume buttons and then re-enable it, the vibration starts working again. Unfortunately, this procedure doesn’t solve the problem permanently, as it will reoccur later. I need to figure out if it’s the “Do Not Disturb” function that’s triggering the issue.

On my NP2 the vibration for calls generally only works when I select one of the pre-installed ringtones like “ripple” or “radiate”. Quite annoying.

not the the incoming call vibration, but the entire haptic feedback is dialed down on my phone 2. I liked strong feedback that i got from realme and oneplus phones and it would have been better if nothing had given us an option to control the intensity
