How to add apps to the home screen?

Hello. Is there an option to make the apps only visible on the home screen without having to swipe up to see them? I’m with Nothing Phone 1, Nothing OS 2.5.3.A.

g_obretenov You mean adding them to the home screen? you can do that manually.

g_obretenov In addition to the above, make sure in Home Settings you have Add app icon to home screen switched on, for all new downloads to automatically place onto your home screen.

I’m not familiar with nothing OS specificly. I realised this on my android phones with Nova launcher (to my recollection).

Daniel No, I intend for the apps to appear only on the home screen. I used to use a Samsung and the apps only appeared on the home screen. It doesn’t have to “slide” up to solder. I want it to be a kind of everything just “home screen”. I.e. there isn’t one kind of “menu” for apps like “slide” up. I hope I expressed myself correctly.
