SMS/MMS failing

While messageing in RCS mode the message are sending, but in normal mode the message are goes failure. Hope soone it would fixes

Yes, calls looks fine. Due to the SMS failure I couldn’t verify my SIM during verifications.

I reached the support team, they said it will fixes in next update. So please give the update as soon as possible

I cannot send MMS or Receive MMS.

I have done troubleshooting myself at a store with Nothing Phone 2 and also the 2a.

it seems like its a software issue. 2a will work straight away with sending and receiving MMS and my phone and also the Phone 2 will not.

it seems like the MMS will only notify me that I’ve received it with the option to download but it just keep spinning to download and nothing happens then it will become a download arrow again.

MMS will only work when RCS chat is used which requires internet. iPhone users or people with no RCS chat won’t be able to send me MMS. This

bug really needs to get fixed please.

For reference, I have the exact same issue since Day One (sometimes receiving SMS 2 hours after their sending, and sometimes not at all)
I send the support all my data with the debug tool as they asked, but no answer since then (it has been around a month, I would say)
I don’t see any mention of any fix in the last update (2.5.5.a)

It’s Nov and l still have this issue. Cannot send or receive MMS from IPhones at all.

Is making it difficult to keep my Phone (2) . Have missed a few important messages now.

I’m having the same issue. Ever since purchasing my 2a plus this problem has started. Very frustrating. Have done all the resets etc listed with no success. If I can’t get this resolved I will need to move to another phone.
