I hope you’re all having a good day. I would like to start a discussion about an issue I’ve been experiencing with a pair of headphones from the brand. About a year and a half ago, I purchased a pair of headphones that, unfortunately, began to have a problem with the left earbud after about 8 months of the initial purchase. The earbud casing came apart, and although I received assistance on the official website and a replacement with serial number 0110008A2203042296 was provided, the problem persisted.
What’s concerning is that the same issue occurred again with the replacement in an even shorter period of time, no more than 3 months. Since January 26th of this year, I have been sending messages with the respective justifications to the Nothing Support email, and I have had prolonged communication with them without reaching an appropriate response for my problem while I am seeking some solution. However, after four months of this interaction with Nothing Support, less than a day ago, I received a response suggesting I reach out to this community.
I feel quite frustrated because it seems that this problem is not isolated, and I am concerned about the durability and quality of the brand’s products. I would greatly appreciate any help to resolve this situation.
