App Lock should have seperate Authentication

My Concern is that when a user wants App Lock for certain application the AppLock should be authenticated with a different password or pin or any other type of authentication.

Existing concern: Applications gets unlock with the user phone unlock password,user don’t have any option to set new password for AppLock.

Solution for the issue:: App lock should provide option to set new password for applications.Users should be able to create to set new password for app lock and this created password should be used for unlocking the applications.

Can we have a separate pin for app lock rather than the same pin as my lock screen..so that anyone who needs to know my lock screen pin can not open my apps

Hello, Nothing Community!

I have a new idea to make our application lock and hidden applications, Screen Lock, have different password types like other O.S. If anyone gets our phones and adds their fingerprint to our smartphone, they can access everything on our phone that is fingerprint protected, including the big loophole in our smartphone. So I want to request that you make these changes in the next update to increase the security of our phone. Another point is that I couldn’t lock the setting app on my Nothing phone 2 so please add that application lock to the settings app.

I put app lock for my WhatsApp ,if I unlock ,in background I am getting all notifications with name with all messages.

Then what’s the use of app lock

In color os , if I lock my WhatsApp ,it’s says 1 new message on WhatsApp , but here I says everything on the notifications !!

Can you fix this issue !
