Dudzuki I’ve found a solution to my problem, so if somebody comes to this post for a similar issue like mine, here’s what I’ve done. First, I’ve checked if there is any firmware update, if yes, update your earbuds. Second, I’ve checked the drivers if they were dirty, cleaned them and tried to listen to music. One earbud was 50% quieter than the other so I checked carefully and saw that the holes of the drivers were plugged, I took an old toothbrush with small and soft brittles and carefully cleaned it. Now they sound like they were first bought, are way louder than before and most of the distortion on 100% volume is gone. So my advice if you’re similar to me, clean your earbuds regularly 😃
