I ordered my pair on March 1, 2022, and received them on March 04, so it was very quick. I was able to track the parcel from Germany to France and its delivery in Brittany. The packaging was very well done.
Just two small downsides:🤏
1st - Immediately after sending my order, I wanted to rectify it, so I sent an email to Contact Support to ask to modify the order as I would have preferred a black one. I got the feedback that this was no longer possible. Afterwards I think that at the time my request was processed, the order was already in the tubes and therefore no longer modifiable.
2nd - Following the response from Contact Support, I received an email asking me: How would you rate the support you received?
and there are only 2 answers to choose from: 🤔
- Good, I’m satisfied
- Bad, I’m not satisfied
I think that perhaps an intermediate answer should be given, with an obligatory argument to validate this intermediate answer.
