Not till now. Just the link in the SMS which takes to the order confirmation page. The page says they will be sending a text once the order is shipped. Waiting 🙂

For the members who are waiting, I just noticed that the ear (1) product page mentions “Stay tuned for our limited drop coming soon”, so I do think that we’ll get a new chance to order them before August 17 (hopefully the page is not referring to the Limited Drop that already happened, hah).

Quite sad that we could order on July 27th, but the orders still haven’t been shipped… And i see a lot of “influencers” receiving theirs today… i honestly thought Nothing would care more and make us wait less. We’re around 400-500 investors on Crowdcube right ? As not all of us ordered, is it really a lot of units to ship ? :/

I doubt anyone has got it post the launch. All the influencers / youtubers got the review units before the launch event, so that they can test it properly and upload their review on 29th July (Post embargo). I believe that was a good strategy to build & maintain the hype for more number of days, than just the launch day. I think investors should get the shipments over next few weeks, before the open sale. I know the excitement can turn into frustration anytime but hold it tight 😄

RUTHVIK If you want my advice: do not cancel your order just yet. You are already in line to get yours and you don’t know how it’s going to be when the open sales start, be it Flipkart or in any other retailer. Just wait a little longer and check how your order is going to be dealt with.

About the support, I mean, I believe you can imagine how busy they must be at the moment. However, please do share any updates you have about the support contacting you or the shipment of your order. 😉

arpan2308 Thankfully i got the chance to see the Ear 1, but some investors didn’t, so they might be frustrated to wait for this long. And yes, some influencers just received theirs today 🙂 they didn’t all receive the buds before the launch, some are still being delivered

I bought a pair on StockX, and also (of course) my pair from the early investor access. I live in Sweden and got my StockX delivered today by DHL. But still no update on shipping details from the ones bought las Tuesday.

I love limited editions, and I cant decide whether or not I´m gonna open these up, or wait for my ordinary ones 🙂 Anybody else got their product yet?

Because it seems bit late and I don’t expect it would reach by the time of sale . Yet not confirmed the dispatch status and I think it would take a week more to dispatch and we would receive them on the sale date I expect . I get it delivered in one to two days in Flipkart . Also when I asked this about Nothing India support, they told me they would inform about it in 24hours , but there is no response .😑😑

Bro it might take little time. Please wait for it. It says 2 weeks from the date you ordered. That’s 10th August. You’ll definitely get it before anyone else. If you still don’t want it then forward it to me. I’ll have it. I have full faith in the brand.

Have you tried to contact the official support through this form? I think that is better than posting a message in the middle of a thread that can get lost very easily, and you may have better chances of getting a quick reply.

Though, as @Cheetosdust mentioned already, I think you should give the situation a little patience, even if the product ships this week and you receive it the next one, you will still be among the first ones receiving it! If you wait for Flipkart, maybe the order won’t arrive until the end of August, or later.

I admire your mental control not to rip that external cardboard to see the product! I don’t think I would be able to contemplate a box without opening it, knowing how reduced the number of people that actually have the earphones is.

I would love to know more about your perspective towards limited edition products. Are you going to place the box in a special place? Do you have other limited editions?

These questions are just to know more, collecting is something that is not part of my personality, so I am purely curious about it . Of course, I understand if you don’t want to reply! 🤓

From what I can see you sent a message to our Customer Support team yesterday at 18:49h (UK time) and you received a response at 19:58h (UK time). Did you try contacting us via another channel/e-mail address?

I did not mention that I don’t have faith in brand. If in case I don’t have trust in brand why do I invest 🤔 . I only mentioned that the order is delayed and before asking me to forward it , please check if there is an option to forward. Also I did not ask any community member to check for the order, I asked the staff and if possible please check that very clearly in my message.

Wow, the first one - maybe so! Im surprised how fast I got them for sure I thought the ones ordered through investor early access would appear faster.

I’m gonna be honest with you, haven’t opened the box yet, can’t decide. But Im leaning towards waiting for the regular pair before I try them out!

But how is your situation? Did you have any movement on your account since we last spoke?

Bass That’s a good dilemma to have, but consider this: after you open them, there’s no way of going back, hehe. If I was in your situation, I would just wait a little longer for the retail unit and treasure the numbered, limited edition.

I do hope that’s not the case at all and I am sure the company is growing behind the scenes as we speak, but the truth is that we don’t know. So the wait can be even longer.

Haha, yes it takes some self control not to rip it open… I dont know why, but I just like the idea of limited edions even though I´m no collector of it or so. Just like the idea and this time with the chance to buy a pair of the first 100 units I had to buy them 😁 I dont know yet what to do with them really but I love the idea to have them as a token for my investment in Nothing. If its a big fail at least I have o fun memory in the limted edition and if it´s a success i might but them in a plexi-box or something 🤣

This form works, they responded within a few hours. But for some reason, their basic infrastructure isn’t working properly. They asked me to reply with some details of my order, but my reply email wasn’t getting delivered. Probably some issue with their server. This is the first time I’m experiencing this kind of issue with a brand.

PS- I tripled check their email id, tried sending mail by manually copy pasting the email id, using the reply option, everything. It was the same result.

That doesn’t sound like good customer service, really sorry to hear that you are having that experience. Maybe when the waters calm down in the company, things will be faster. Anyway, I hope that you receive an answer sooner than later!

At least they made sure that the box is different and it also doesn’t look too big. In some years, regardless of Nothing becoming a big name in the tech industry or not, you’ll always have the memories and the excitement of getting a unique edition of their very first product. 🥳

I’m highly discombobulated about this and the lack of more information. I also don’t understand this plot twist of events, so I guess I’ll have to order a container of patience and wait until the official sales start. 🙃

Similar experience for me as well. I had earlier contacted the team via email regarding the investors merch and they were prompt. But, after the launch I’ve tried contacting them via email, Twitter and Instagram regarding my ear-1 order. No response whatsoever. Really disheartened by this, never expected this from a company from @Carl , who gives such importance to the community.
