Akshaybaddi Hi, i am unable to find fingerprint settings in my phone 1 , my phone is updated to latest 2.5.5 and all the settings are running fine , plz provide solution.
Style2010 Akshaybaddi Most likely you have made some modifications to your phone. For example, they unlocked the bootloader and installed custom firmware. If during this process you accidentally erased the persistent partition. Then all you have to do is calibrate the fingerprint sensor at a service center or with a special tool.

thalapathy ManishKumar_kVYjsA0zJW Might be an indexing and synchronisation bug. Try to reboot the device and keep it ON for 30 minutes. Later, in the search box the settings, search finger or Biometric. You’ll get the settings back if you’re on a Stable build of NOS 2.5.5 and above. Refer below screenshot
BenderRoudrigues I have this issue after 2.5.5 upgrade. The sensor disappired and not working. Reseting to factory settings don’t help. Today after installing update 2.5.6 and reboot sensor now working! But afer some time it is disappired again and not working..
BAUMERTYoann I had the same issue in the past. It is linked to a hardware issue. Please contact the support and explain the problem, they will request you to return the nothing. I did it and everything is working fine since.
