I decided to rethink the default dialer and create an interface I’d enjoy using every day. I wanted to get rid of the clutter while still keeping all the essential functionality at hand.

Messenger

As a continuation of the ecosystem, here is a concept for a messenger app (Nothing Messages) featuring the same dark aesthetic. The goal was to make the chats as easy to read and navigate as possible. I designed the conversation list and the chat screen (including voice messages), as well as the attachment menu (gallery, location, files) and a clean profile card with settings and spam controls

Calendar and Notes

The third part of my ecosystem is the calendar and notes concept (Nothing Notes). Here, I wanted to combine strict planning and quick, chaotic notes in a single, concise style. I assembled a calendar grid with a daily schedule, a task creation form, a list tile, and a clean screen for creating new notes.

Fitness tracker

The logic is the same: deep black, minimal visual noise, and a focus on the data. I designed the main dashboard with activity metrics (steps, heart rate, sleep), a screen for selecting training categories, and a detailed card for the trainer’s exercise routine.

Music streaming

The main page with recommendations and new releases, an artist screen (I used Eminem as an example), a playlist page, and a clean user profile with listening statistics.

Nothing Video / Cinema

The concept of an online cinema. The focus is on maximum immersion, so the interface gradually transitions into a sleepy atmosphere, giving way to posters and stills from the films. I designed the main page with recommendations, detailed series cards, a list of episodes by season, a “Collections” tab, and profiles.

Nothing Mail

A minimalist email client concept. Email is often overloaded with text and spam, so I tried to bring perfect order here. I drew a main inbox within a sub-inbox with smart categories (promotions, social networks), created a form for composing new messages using the keyboard, and the open message screen itself.

Nothing Maps

Maps and navigation. Maps are usually overloaded with layers, buttons, and bright colors, but here I tried to wrap everything in our monolithic style. I designed the main map screen with a quick search function, an expanded business card (I chose a pizzeria) with a menu, and a route selection screen.

I also integrated a player widget directly into the bottom navigation bar so I could switch tracks on the road without having to turn the map.

Nothing Browser

A minimalist mobile browser. I tried to keep the interface as clutter-free as possible so it wouldn’t clash with the content on my own websites. I designed a start screen with quick access icons.

The address bar neatly hides when scrolling, and the menu of open tabs is organized into convenient and compact cards, grouping websites. No unnecessary frames—just pure web surfing.

Nothing Cloud

The final, tenth concept in my large-scale series is cloud storage, which is essentially connected to all app windows in a single ecosystem. I designed the main dashboard with a space usage bar, a plan selection screen, and a detailed sync list, where all backups are visible: from contacts and notes to music, media files, and the browser.

The main goal here is to show the synchronization status of the data array without turning the screen into a boring table.

10 apps. 1 ecosystem. The finale of a big design.

It all started at Figma with a simple desire to improve my skills. This eventually grew into a serious conceptual ecosystem of 10 mobile apps, united by the unified style of Nothing OS.
