It’s finally here. And yes. It really glows in the dark. 🧪

Back in March, we announced that we would be inviting our community to redesign Phone (2a). What we didn’t tell you was that the final designs would actually be adapted for Phone (2a) Plus.

Months and months of work behind the scenes has lead to our first co-created product. And we’re proud to be sharing it with you today, alongside the five community members who made it happen, in our latest Community Update! Read on for details on how to buy one.

As of today (30th October 2024) you can register your interest for a chance to purchase Community Edition. If you’d like to get your hands on one of the 1000 units available worldwide, read on carefully for detailed instructions and sale dates based on your region.

Europe / Japan - An invitation link is required to purchase Phone (2a) Plus Community Edition on nothing.tech. You can r egister your interest here - purchase links will be sent via email from November 12th. All community members who participated in The Community Edition Project will be part of the first wave of people to receive an invitation link; we will send an invitation link to the email address that you used for your submission. Note that, in Japan, Community Edition will be modelled on Phone (2a).

Middle East - You can register your interest via Instagram @nothingarabia (registration link in bio). After registering, and based on your position in the list, one of our retail partners in the region will get in touch with you with instructions on how to place your order. We will process registrations on a first come first serve basis, so the earlier you register, the higher the chances to be in our first wave of invites. Shipments will start on November 12th.

India - Phone (2a) Plus Community Edition will be sold via Flipkart. You can now register your interest here. On November 12th, we will share a Flipkart link to a first group of community members, prioritising those who have participated in the Community Edition Project. The earlier you register, the higher the chances to be in our first wave of invites.

South East Asia - Phone (2a) Plus Community Edition will be available through selected partners in each of our operating countries on November 16th. There will be only 25 devices sold per country on a first-come, first-served basis. Please refer to the complete list below:
