Visual artifacts / pixel glitches (Nothing Phone 2a)

I own a Nothing Phone 2a for nearly a month and am in general happy about it except for two reasons. Reason one being the battery drain everone is experiencing.

The second reason for my worries are visual artifacts / pixel gliches appearing onscreen while browsing X in Firefox. I already saw more people experiencing this on Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/NOTHING/s/xbmjfzBnPD

Am I experiencing a dying GPU? Is this a reason to send my 2a back for a refund?

I can’t say I’ve seen this before but after a quick search, I noticed people are experiencing this while using Firefox. Can you confirm if other browsers give the same results?.

Derren Hi Derren. Thank you for your quick reply. The last hour I’ve been browsing X in Google Chrome and I haven’t encountered the same phenomenon.

So maybe it’s caused by the way Firefox renders webpages.

I have the same problem. It only seems to occur in firefox, i haven’t noticed it anywhere else.
