Earbud volume is extremely low, phone volume is maxed and barely can hear anything. I have reviewed past fixes I side the android phone but no luck.

Is this common? Headphones are essentially non functional

    arpan2308 tried and did not solve anything. Left earbud is louder than the right. Not consistant volume, no reason to have it full volume and cannot hear fully. Bottom line is you shouldnt have to go through alot of workarounds to try and use a pair of headphones. Any previous earbuds have never had so many issues with.

      Anyone from nothing have support for this issue? Or do I need to just go purchase other headphones now ?

      Same some issues : It’s been a year since I bought the ear2. After the new update my ear2 lost quality altogether. Lost bass and started hearing noises like radio tuning. ANC is now worse than before, my Spotify and youtube are premium, all the songs are not comfortable to listen to, now my ear2 which I bought for Rs10k is the quality of my old Redmi wired headset which I bought for Rs600. Please come back to old quality… If your updates are like this I will not recommend Nothing Ear series to anyone.

      I have the new Nothing EAR, same low volume on iPhone, not sure how to disable absolute volume, please tell me more. need Need more Big V

      It’s a bit unobvious, but very stupid. In the app, add a volume up button and increase it directly on the earphone. This solved my problem.

          Hello everyone! :3

          I finally got my first Nothing product, the awesome EAR (2), and I’m planning to got the Phone (3) as soon as it will be available next year.

          Despite the cleanliness of sound I noticed how the maximum volume is just a bit under the perfect amount I’d need to be perfectly satisfied. Just a step more louder is what I’m missing, expecially when I’m outside, even with the noise cancellation ON.

          The Nothing X app doesn’t have a booster or something like that, just a fine equalizer; I’m actually using an old Huawei P20 lite and I’m wondering if things would be different on a Nothing Phone (or a more recent smartphone) or not.

          Does anyone has the same issue or some advices to give?

          Hi, I have the same problem, and it is very irritating. Did you find a solution?

          Basically, the earbuds became unusable. I did lots of troubleshooting, but nothing helped. No help coming from nothing, which is disappointing. They were great up to the point where volume suddenly became very low. This was 13 months.
