Ear ANC problem - crackling in response to outside noise

Hi Folks,
I think there may be an issue with the ANC coding of the ear. Things worked great until it was time to tackle some yard work.

Any time the weed wacker would impact grass and weeds, which of course causes sharp impact sound waves that are fast and rapid, the ANC emits loud electrical popping sounds similar to what you’d hear if a microphone was acting up (and we all know that mics are critical to ANC to take in outside noise and emit a reverse phase tone to match).

Is this a known bug that’s being worked on? This is a bit of a showstopper for me considering ANC is crucial to doing noisy outdoors work.

There were numerous problems with these earbuds so I ended up returning them in favor of some Technics ones - much happier now.
Some problems were:

Poor voice quality

Bluetooth reception very weak (as in I couldn’t keep my phone in a sling on my back and without lots of glitching)
The aforementioned main issue with ANC
Sudden jumps to 100% volume (dangerous IMO)
