CMF Neckband PRO: Heating Up and not working any more

I use my neckband so frequently in daily calls, watching movies, Playing music, But suddenly I heard the static cracking sound in a high loud even my volume in 50%, Then suddenly neckband started heating at the control panel side and stopped working completed.
No charging Indication after that as well.

So anyone facing the same issue, Please tell me how to solve this.

Yes bro the same problem I have face with my first neck band after 6 weeks of use but I’m not such a frequent user like you even it stop working and they replace the product again last week this time this is even worst this ner product stop working in 6 days I think they are selling instead of audio products

Yes, I’m also facing the same issue. I bought a CMF neckband pro 10 days and after a week they didn’t working properly. Then I replaced for service centre but after same day. I facing a same issue. Now I am fully exhausted with this neckband.
