I am continuing visit to service centre but they don’t have get me a job id regarding my issue so nothing team pls help…

rishinarasimma i brought my Nothing 2a just a week before and i do faced the issue from the 2nd day. it was worse and i figured out the reason. i pasted a transparent back skin and it covered and blocked out the cutout of noise cancellation mic sensor above the flash light. do check out if your skin or back case is kinda blocking it.

So where we register my complaint I am totally frustrated and I already post on community but didn’t get reply so help and support.

    cronus__19 I also have the Nothing Phone 2A for a few months but I haven’t experienced this problem yet. Call quality is great on my phone and I haven’t experienced any network issues so far.

        It is happening with my phone 2a as well. Bought it during #100 launch. Severe voice drop.

        Issues with call should not happen at all. That’s the most basic function of a phone.

          nandkishoresingh I agree that the most basic function of a phone is for phone calls, yet I’m unsure if you have tried using other phones on the same network.

          I’ve the same issue. Bought my phone 4 weeks ago and now when I make calls people on the other end cannot hear me. Totally frustrated with this.

          I see several people here with same issue . Any team members going to offer any solution to this yet??

          I’m also facing the same issue voice drop & voice disruption during calls

          I think the problem is with its noise cancellation function, it is working just opposite of noise reduction

          It does what , it cancel the voice of the speaker and catches the noise of environment

          Same thing I have noticed in recording

          It’s a humble request from nothing team to kindly resolve it soon in my phone otherwise I’m going to file a case against your company for providing defective product and no resolution upon requesting for resolution

          I have bought nothing phone 2a few days ago I’m facing the same issue & upon visiting the service centre they didn’t resolved my issue

          Derren they even don’t understand the problem because in service centre there is already lots of noise so problem doesn’t visible there because it catches all sounds except voice

          In the name of noise cancellation it is working just opposite to that it catches all environmental sounds & cancel main person’s voice

          0 issues here related to call quality, inbound and outbound. Most of these errors are related to mobile service providers and quality of signal.

            MihneaPerianu no no it’s not the problem from the network service provider

            It’s seriously a problem with the phone noise cancellation functionality

            Please have a serious look upon it

            Nothing Phone 2a plus. Had some issues with dropping data connectivitty so I reset the connection settings. Since the call quality is horrible. Calls start out ok, but quickly the sound is unbearable…..Any clue?
