I recently purchased new Nothing phone 2 from flipkart one month ago. One week ago I encountered a significant motherboard failure rendered my phone unusable and screen is completely black and unresponsive, thankfully I was able to avail of a motherboard replacement at your service center, while the replacement is appreciated, I am now left extremely apprehensive about using this phone for the foreseeable future. Having a brand new phone experience a major hardware failure so soon is deeply concerning. This raises serious doubts about the overall quality and reliability of the device.
My primary concern is
- Is there a risk of this motherboard issue happening again?
- Will this phone function optimally in the long run, considering the initial motherboard failure?
- I would like to request an extended warranty on this phone to provide greater peace of mind regarding future repairs.
