(ear2) Answer a call with a headset problem

If I silence my phone and want to answer a call with my headset and I do not have a smart watch, unfortunately it is impossible to answer that call.Because, unfortunately, I cannot hear any warning sound on my headset (ear 2)

I want something which every other brand has.

Auto answer calls/hands free calling while using the buds.Because it’s kinda hard to reach your phone to answer any call when you already have the buds on,it comes to the point where we are unable to interact with buds for ex driving.
