The idea of the phone is great but it is suck in handling the order. I invested $1k+ in Crowcube on 4 May and bidded the #100 for another$ 1k+ on 24 June. End up I might get the phone slower than the normal consumers. Looking back on the date I invested and bidded, it is really disappointed that Nothing doesn’t take it seriously. I think probably @Rudi @Carl are in the midst of celebrating the new launch while letting those supporters wait for really nothing! So, tell me, what’s the point we paid extra while the company don’t pay extra effort? @Rudi @Carl please look into this matter seriously as i see I’m not the only one complaining about your service. I don’t expect apology but the process to be expedited

I agree with you. The Nothing phone ( I ) launch has been a shambles resulting in disappointment all round.

It sounds like you’ve not enjoyed your experience of Nothing, that totally sucks as it should have been cause to celebrate.

The hype was huge !!

I have started the process of cancelling my order today as I’ve heard nothing from Nothing regarding dispatch.

It’s such a massive shame considering they must have had an idea how many people intended to purchase a phone by the number of people that blindly paying a £20 deposit for the privilege of buying and getting a phone asap, myself included…………

JamesCerio I am an investor, I pre-ordered with a 20€ deposit and I invited my sister and she pre-ordered it as well.

The mine is white 8/256 and her one black 8/256.

Then we confirmed our pre-order on the 15th of July.

She is not an investor but she got her phone (1) yesterday, instead I just received this update:

"The estimated shipping date is: July 27th 2022.

This is when your Phone (1) leaves the Nothing warehouse. Delivery will take 5-6 working days."

So u can order a Nothing phone on Amazon while pre-order customers are waiting for delivery. What the…?

It’s very unfair

As @m1graham said: “All the fun and hype has gone!”
The worst part is like I am already a fun boy and I still trust the vision of Nothing and it’s frustrating I cannot give my feedback about phone (1), like I will be the one that already is in Nothing OS 1.1.0 and I lost the experiece to being part of the community that works togheter to improve the system since the beginning: I’ve invested and pre-ordered also for that 🙁

Is the Phone(1) not available on your local Amazon site?

If not - For what it’s worth - I’m sure the Phone (1) will available via 3rd parties sooner rather than later.

Also, Any investors who (for whatever reason) can’t get the Phone(1) in their country, I’ll gladly help out by purchasing for you here in the UK and reshipping to personally - As long as you pay the phone and shipping costs of course 😉

I am an investor in the thousands , I reside in Kuwait but have 20 courier post boxes all over the planet including UK and UAE that can receive and deliver to me .
Nothing graciously allowed me to register my name on the pre order list so no invitation , no code no nothing .
I have lost interest , greatly disappointed and any future announcements will be unbelieved
