After the scuffle with Flipkart India, I finally received my phone (1), and it’s amazing, feels so good to be a part of this from the beginning.

I thought of creating a thread of some essential apps and features that are missing from the phone (1).

  1. App Lock
  2. Nothing File Manager
  3. Nothing Gallery
  4. Scrolling Screenshot

      MargaretLuby Nothing much comes preinstalled, just the basic apps, bloatware free and pure android experience. However, phone (1) still requires fine-tuning certain features and apps.

        @alnstian97 Is the Android 12’s long screenshot (capture more) feature not implemented on the Nothing phone? Or you’re looking for even longer shots that work in all apps?

          Also found another weird bug; While connecting headphones via a Type C to 3.5mm Headphone Jack Adapter, on mictests.com the mic input is working fine, although, while normal calling the audio input ain’t working.

          Could you test, and report this bug too…?

            Agree with gallery app. And is there a way to get the weather widget to display in F°? Or change which weather app it opens when pressed?

              It would be nice if you could control volume for specific apps while in them. Xoami does something like that and it’s really nice to prevent suddenly loud ads and videos.

              MargaretLuby You can change it to display F° in the widget settings.

              I don’t think you can change it going to AccuWeather, which is a shame.

                Agree with File Manager and Gallery. I also miss a QR reader in the camera
