Nothing Phone (2) - Software Update Policy

I am planning on buying the Nothing phone (2) soon but I found out that it only has 3 years of software updates and 4 years of security updates. And I was wondering if that means that it will stop at Android 16 for everyone or will it stop 3 years after I bought it. (for example from Android 14 to Android 17) Also when I buy the phone will I find the software it was released with initially or the latest one?

I don’t like updates plan of nothing seniors …I don’t know y u …told nothing phone 2 premium before ….55k charges 12 256gb ….y u don’t gave updates timely ….and no bug fixes ….at last this year Feb I chng my nothing phone now to other phone ….
