I mean Yeah, i know where this coming from. Still, it’s sad to see that the SOME members in this community aren’t YET much more serious about the upgradation issues(JUST WHY ON EARTH?!).
(Like these peoples are still got stuck in ’90/60’s era and haven’t even moved an inch from their obsolescence opinions, like FR?)
Anyway, here look at how these rival brands are doing, even both Vivo and Realme(BBK group) have released the devices with bigger battery (10000 mAh)and ram (12gb) upgrades (while one is still exclusively available in chinese market… YET, another one arrived in india for the FIRST TIME after a LONG, LONG PERIOD).
(Note: HONOR ALSO DO HAVE SOME MODELS, BUT THEY’RE ALL EXCLUSIVELY LOCKED TO EITHER GLOBAL/CHINA MARKETS TOO, UNFORTUNATELY! 😢)
and no, I’m NOT saying that NOTHING.TECH and it’s ideologists and founders is wrong here. They could take their own time in pace to make everything steady and progress further. But, as the CURRENT SITUATION in tech market is GETTING WORSER DAY BY DAY as time passes, I personally think, Making The right phone with right hardware requirements and right specs is necessary to add the niche, but necessarily audiences who’re not wasting their time and money to the outdated battery capacity, lower ram and rom enabled devices, which won’t given A SINGLE VALUE FOR THE REST OF THE LIFE UNTIL THE CRISIS GOT SETTLED TO NORMAL.
(I’m still yet filling doubt within deep inside honestly, if i shoud go with either the latest Nothing budget phone ones, or simply with the realme ones, which will give me more value for my savings (at least for next 9-10 years). ’cause right now, I’m a bit hesitant to buy smartphones from nothing right now ATM if it STILL not makes any much senses to me anymore, IDK.🙇🏻🤷🏻♂️

Sadly, oneplus currently ON HIATUS RIGHT NOW.
only 3 brand’s made such smart phones besides HONOR so far. (Vivo, Realme, Oppo) each of thse brands have launched their own mid-range smartphones with bigger RAM +ROM and battery variants. (One for global audiences, two other SO FAR released ONLY for chinese markets) 💸😢
