IMEI - "null" issue

device on NothingOS 1.0.2

Visited CIT and EngineeringMode.
Didn’t toggle any of the options in there, eventually found that mobile network disappeared.
Upon restarting realised that SIM Card isnt being recognised.
Upon further time with the device, i realised, IMEI itself is gone and shows null, and upon clicking on it, it shows unknown.

Any assistance on this is appreciated.

Update:

Tried sideloading the Update zip, but it rejected downgrading.
Will be waiting for the next update whenever it is, so that i dont face downgrade error.

Also, somebody from the technical team, if possible let me know if flashing GlobalROM over an IndianROM is going to cause any issues.

@Bruno Viegas @Rudi -apologies for tagging you guys, but i couldnt find who is behind the engineering team.
Also, if the engineering team is looking here, i ld appreciate if you guys can come up with a tool to flash firmware, along with firmware files, or just the firmware files and nothing else.

Update:

I visited the service center and got a replacement for the device which lost the IMEI.

It took them about 2dags as against a usual half day or so because of the scarcity of the issue is what was quoted.

I couldn’t be more happier to see myself not having to call or receive anymore calls from flipkart, which is a great relief.

And my thanks to the support team from nothing for doing their job right.
