I am writing to express my concerns regarding the performance of my Watch Pro, which I have been using for almost eight months. Until yesterday, the watch worked flawlessly. However, yesterday it suddenly stopped working. The watch showed as disconnected in my app, and upon inspection, I found it completely unresponsive.
I tried reconnecting the watch and pressing the watch button multiple times without success. I also put it on the charger and pressed the button again, but there was no change. This morning, I attempted to revive it once more by placing it on the charger, waiting for two minutes, and then holding the watch button for 30 seconds. Thankfully, the watch restarted, showing a 78% battery level. Despite this, the watch had inexplicably died for no apparent reason.
Given this experience, I am concerned about the reliability of the Watch Pro, especially after the warranty period expires. If this issue recurs, I need to know what steps to take and how I can trust your brand’s products moving forward.
Furthermore, I have come across several customer reviews on Flipkart reporting similar issues with the Watch Pro. This raises significant concerns about the overall reliability of the product.
